A scoring method you can audit.

Every published score uses the same five-part framework. We separate observed results from provider claims and update material changes.

Our five scoring areas

  1. Channel quality: picture, audio, captions and consistency.
  2. Uptime and reliability: starts, channel changes, peak viewing and recovery.
  3. Content relevance: availability of the channels and catalog advertised for the region.
  4. Compatibility: official device support, household streams and accessibility.
  5. Value: total price, promotions, cancellation and comparable alternatives.

Evidence and corrections

We record the device, location, plan, test date and source for material claims. A provider cannot pay to change its score. Confirmed errors are corrected with the updated date shown on the article.

What we do not score

Local browser-only reader reviews are private notes. They are never aggregated, published or added to our structured data. Affiliate rates do not influence rank.
